Lazmall Requirements

What is Lazmall Seller?
LazMall in Lazada categorizes online sellers as Certified stores and of a high-quality brand owner or authorized distributor. A LazMall seller has exclusive access to campaigns dedicated to LazMall only and has the benefit from a higher product search ranking.
A LazMall seller's Lazada store will be visible under LazMall which gives customers benefits such as a 15-day return for all LazMall products and credits their customers 50php if their order arrives later than the delivery window.
What are the requirements I need to be a Lazmall seller?
If you are a NEW SELLER on Lazada, you need to create a seller account on the Lazada Seller Center Page first.
While for EXISTING SELLERS, you need to meet the performance requirements as an existing seller and pass all the necessary documents and credentials needed upon sign-up.
Here are the Performance Requirements you need to meet and maintain as a LazMall seller.
1. You must be a Brand Owner or Authorized Brand Distributor
2. You must be on the Lazada platform for a minimum of six (6) months.
3. Your store should at least have 30 orders per month.
4. You much meet the Performance criteria (LazMall service criteria):
- Ship on Time within 24 hours >95%
- Seller Rating >=70% (Ratings that are given by customers on every sold product)
- Cancellation Rate (Seller's Fault) <2%
- Instant Messaging (IM) =85% (Instant replies through customer queries made through Lazada chat)
Aside from meeting the required performance criteria mentioned above, you also need to upload and verify the necessary Documents and Credentials.
I. Manage your Address Book and Brand Information Details
1. Updating your Warehouse Address, Business Address, and Return Address through the “Manage Address Book” tab.
2. Input Brand Name: If the Brand Name does not exist on Lazada, you need to request for the Brand Name to be added first.
3. Input Brand Category
4. Include your business’ Social Media Links
5. Choose your business’ relationship with the brand
- Brand Owner
- Exclusive Distributor
- Non-Exclusive Distributor
6. Input Trademark Number (for Brand Owners only)
7. Upload a clear photo of the Trademark Certificate (for Brand Owners only)
8. Upload a clear photo of the Authorization Letter (for Exclusive Distributor or Non-Exclusive Distributor only)New Paragraph
II. Upload Marketing Materials
1. Square Logo (120 x 120px)
2. 2:1 Long Logo (700 x 350px)
3. Square Banner (700 x 350px)
4. Long Search Banner (1360 x 480 px)
III. Complete your Business’ Corporate Profile
1. Business Type
2. Legal Company Name
3. Business Registration Number
4. Business Owner Name
5. Business Information Documents
- Upload a photo of BIR 2303
- Upload a photo of DTI/SECNew Paragraph
IV. Complete the Bank Information
1. Bank Account Name
2. Bank Account Number
3. Bank Name
4. Branch Name
5. Bank Code
6. SWIFT
7. Bank Information Document (Mayor's Permit)
Bank Code and SWIFT are automatically filled in by the system once the Bank Name and Branch Name are filled in.
These information (Address Book details and Brand Information details) are subject for review once submitted. An email will be sent within 15 business days once your application is approved or have been rejected.
V. Upload Your SKUs
Lastly, once your Address Book and Brand Information are approved by Lazada you may then upload your SKUs and go Live on LazMall! Remember that the application may take 15 business days to be complete.
