MANILA — SYDNEY UNDER YOUR BRAND

White-label reporting

The report should remember what the team changed.

For account teams tired of rebuilding a credible story from platform exports on the last afternoon of the month.

A dashboard can show a line moved. It cannot, on its own, remember the tracking caveat, the launch date, the query we blocked or the decision the client still owes.

The short answer

What makes a useful white-label marketing report?

A useful white-label report reconciles the agreed data sources, states their limits, records the work completed and turns movement into decisions. LOKAL prepares branded reporting in the agency’s format, with the agency retaining the client narrative and final approval.

What reaches your client

A reporting pack the account lead can interrogate

Measurement contract

The account defines source systems, reporting window, conversion definitions, attribution limits and which numbers are suitable for client use.

Branded report or deck

The agency receives a structured narrative with performance, completed work, exceptions, next actions and the supporting detail its client expects.

Decision and change log

Material interventions, approvals, tracking changes and unresolved questions travel with the report instead of disappearing between months.

Call and quarterly-review preparation

We can provide speaking notes, likely questions, access by role and technical backup for monthly calls or quarterly business reviews, or join under the agreed client-communication model.

Operating workflow

Reconcile the number before writing the story

  1. 01

    Define the denominator

We agree what each KPI counts, which platform owns it and where source disagreements will be disclosed.

  2. 02

    Reconcile before writing

Anomalies, broken tracking and material gaps are flagged before a neat narrative is placed over them.

  3. 03

    Write for a decision

Each section states the observation, relevant intervention and next action rather than narrating every chart.

  4. 04

    Archive the account memory

Approved reports, source notes and decisions remain findable for renewal, handover and the next analyst.

What you can verify

Proof with the edges left on

Definitions

The KPI is not assumed

Conversion, lead, visibility and revenue terms are recorded for the account before they appear in a headline.

Exceptions

Bad data stays visible

A tracking break or model change is disclosed where it affects interpretation; it is not buried in a footnote after the claim.

Next owner

Every action has a handoff

Agency, client and delivery-team decisions are separated so the meeting ends with accountable work.

Before we start

The boundary is part of the service

  • LOKAL reports the data available from agreed systems and does not certify third-party platform accuracy.
  • Attribution models, cookie loss and offline sales can limit what a marketing report can conclude.
  • A branded report does not transfer responsibility for unsupported claims to the delivery team.
  • Custom data engineering, warehousing and dashboard development require their own scope.
  • The agency approves the final client narrative and distribution list.

Questions agency owners ask before the first account

Can you use our existing report template?

Yes. We map the required data, commentary and decision sections into the agency’s format and flag any field that cannot be supported consistently.

Do you provide a dashboard?

We can work with agreed reporting tools and dashboards, but the service is the interpretation, QA and intervention record around the data—not another login by itself.

Can LOKAL present the report to our client?

Yes, if the account’s communication mode allows it. Your account lead still owns the commercial relationship and approves the narrative.

What if two platforms report different numbers?

We document the definitions and source differences, select the agreed reporting owner where appropriate and avoid blending figures that do not measure the same thing.

Who can see the reporting data?

The account records platform and report access by role. The agency approves the client distribution list, while LOKAL keeps only the access needed for production, QA and the agreed reporting window.
