The short answer

Eighty percent of the day, your team’s hands are on the keyboard.

Most AI seminars are an hour of slides, a demo of ChatGPT writing a poem, then applause. Everyone leaves impressed and nothing changes on Monday.

Of a five-hour session with us, roughly one hour is instruction. The rest is your team working, on something from their own week: an email, a report, a brief, a call transcript. The facilitator shows the framework, your team applies it live, then we go through what the AI got right and what it got wrong.

That ratio isn’t a style preference. Roughly 70% of the return on AI comes from people and process rather than the tools — BCG’s 10-20-70 finding, and it matches what we see in every room. Practice is the only part that moves it.

In our largest rollout, 72% of 4,000 staff were using AI weekly.

What 80% hands-on actually means

One hour of instruction. Four hours of your team doing the work.

  1. First 15 minutes

Everyone is running their first prompt on a real task they brought with them. No accounts to set up, no sample data.

  2. Before the first break

Four or five real prompts run, and at least one rewritten after the AI got something wrong. Learning what it gets wrong is most of the skill.

  3. Midday

Each participant builds something reusable from your own documents: a project, a custom assistant, a working set of prompts for their role.

  4. By close

Every participant shows one real thing they made that day. Not a certificate photo. A working thing.

The instruction hour is spread across the day in short blocks, never more than fifteen minutes at a time. Nobody sits through a lecture.

Four levels + a strategy workshop

Start where your team actually is.

The wrong level is why AI training fails: half the room is lost and the other half is bored. So we sort by what your people can already do, not by how many days you want to buy. The first three levels open with Lakbay AI — our gamified discovery hour where teams race through real challenges and produce something real before the first break.

Level 1 · For non-technical teams

Zero to One

Full day minimum 15 people

Never really used AI

They arrive at zero — people who have heard plenty about AI but never made it part of how they work — and leave at one, using it on their own tasks. No jargon, no prerequisites. Opens with Lakbay AI, and closes with every participant showing one real thing they made.

Practice: Everyone builds their first working prompt set on their own tasks, and shows it at close.

Level 2 · General, or built around one tool

Basic

Half or full day minimum 15 people

Some exposure already

For teams who have dabbled and want a method that holds up at work. Tool-agnostic, or written specifically for Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. The full day adds supervised practice on your own work, a custom assistant for each participant, and a team playbook.

Practice: Supervised work on live tasks, plus a custom assistant built for each participant.

Level 3 · Co-built with your team

Industry Custom

Full day minimum 20 people

One industry, your workflows

We build the course with you — your workflows, your terminology, your compliance boundaries. For when generic examples will not land in the room, and the training has to speak your industry back to you.

Practice: Your own workflows, rebuilt in the room with your terminology and compliance boundaries.

Co-build a course

Level 4 · General, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini

Advanced

Half day minimum 10 people

Already fluent

MCPs — connecting AI to the tools and data you already run — plus hooks and automation, coding with AI, Skills and agentic workflows. For teams well past the basics who want the advanced surface.

Practice: Participants connect AI to a tool they actually run, and leave with it working.

Strategy & planning workshop

AI for Executives

When a company needs someone to run its AI strategy planning, we come in and run it. A guided workshop with your leadership team: an overview of what AI actually does, then the decisions — governance, investment priorities, which pilots to back and in what order. You leave with your roadmap, not prompt homework.

What every participant takes home

  • Copy-paste prompt library
  • Workbook you keep using
  • Certificate of completion per participant
  • The 30-Day AI Checkup
  • AI guardrails: what never to paste in
  • Delivered in English or Taglish

The 30-Day AI Checkup comes with Zero to One, Basic and Industry Custom, and is optional at Advanced. The executive strategy workshop has its own deliverable: your roadmap.

How we train

Four things that make the difference.

80% hands-on

Four of every five hours, your team is working. The instruction comes in short blocks between the practice, never as a lecture.

Updated monthly

Every module is revised each month against new tools and the problems teams are actually hitting.

Globally benchmarked

Kept in line with prevailing global practice, not just what works locally.

Taught by practitioners

Your trainers build and run AI systems every day. Not theorists reading a deck.

Anatomy of a session

What a session actually looks like, hour by hour.

  1. 10:00 · first hands-on

    Lakbay AI

Discovery, then straight into it. Your team is using AI on their own task by 10:15.

  2. 11:00 · practice

    Your workflows

Triage and draft in your own voice, on the real work your team does every day.

  3. 12:00 · build

    Projects

A reusable Campaign Brain or NotebookLM project, built from your own sources.

  4. 1:00 · build

    Build and keep

Turn the prompts that worked into reusable Skills. Open Q&A.

  5. Close · show and tell

    Show and tell

Every participant shows one thing they made. Certificates, prompt library, and the 30-day window opens.

A representative half-day. Every session is shaped to your team’s tools and tasks.

And the four weeks after

The 30-Day AI Checkup

Most training ends when the room empties. This one keeps a light structure running for a month, so the habit has time to set. Included with Zero to One, Basic and Industry Custom; optional at Advanced.

  1. Week 1

Apply one prompt from the session each working day.

  2. Week 2

Use a role-specific prompt from the shared library.

  3. Week 3

Review one recurring workflow with the cohort.

  4. Week 4

Save one repeatable prompt or workflow to keep using.

Proof

The proof isn’t a testimonial. It’s the adoption rate.

Before you book

The questions everybody asks first.

How much does an AI workshop cost in the Philippines?

Private in-house workshops — the format most companies book — are quoted by team size, length, and how much of the programme is role-specific. Tell us the headcount and we put a number in writing, usually the same day as the call. For context on where we sit: self-paced online courses run ₱0–5,000, and live instructor-led corporate programmes in the Philippines typically start around ₱30,000. If you only want one or two seats, our public cohort is ₱3,500 per person.

Which level is right for our team?

If most of them have never really used AI at work, that’s Zero to One — a full day, built for non-technical people, no prerequisites. If they’ve dabbled and you want a method that sticks, that’s Basic, either half or full day, tool-agnostic or written specifically for Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. If you want the course built around your industry’s own workflows and terminology, that’s Industry Custom. If they’re already fluent and you want MCPs, automation, coding with AI and agentic workflows, that’s Advanced. And if what you actually need is someone to run your AI strategy planning, that is the executive strategy workshop. Tell us where your team is and we’ll say which one — including if the answer is “not yet”.

How soon can you run it?

Most private programmes are scoped on a 15-minute assessment call and delivered within two to three weeks. If you have a date in mind, put it in the form — we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s available.

Half our team isn’t technical. Will they keep up?

They’re exactly who Zero to One is built for — no coding, no prior AI use, no jargon. We’ve run sessions for engineers, executives, receptionists and everyone in between. It opens with Lakbay AI, our gamified discovery hour where teams race through real challenges in groups, which is the fastest way we know to turn an AI-hesitant room into a confident one. By the close, every participant shows one real thing they made.

What actually happens in the room?

One hour of instruction across a five-hour day. The rest is your team working. Within 15 minutes you’re running prompts on a real task from your own job — an email, a document, a campaign brief. The facilitator shows the framework, you apply it live, and we go through what the AI got right and wrong. By the coffee break you’ve run four or five real prompts and rewritten one based on what it got wrong.

What if someone in the room can’t keep up?

Facilitator-to-participant ratios are set so nobody works alone, and the levels exist so nobody is in the wrong room to begin with. If a participant is struggling at Basic, that’s usually a signal they belong in Zero to One — and we’ll tell you rather than let them sit through a day that won’t help.

Can you come to our office?

Yes — onsite delivery across Metro Manila for private bookings. We bring the facilitator and all materials; you bring the team and the WiFi. Outside Metro Manila, ask about live-online or travel options. Our Manila office is 5th Ave cor 25th St, BGC, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila.

How many people do we need?

Private programmes have a floor, because a hands-on room needs a room: 15 participants for Zero to One and Basic, 20 for a co-built Industry Custom course, and 10 for Advanced or an executive strategy workshop. Upwards we’ve run rooms of 100. If you’re under the minimum, still tell us — we’ll either point you at a public cohort or say when the next one runs, rather than sell you a session that won’t work.

What happens after I submit this form?

We’ll reply within two hours during business hours — not a drip sequence. We arrange a 15-minute assessment call to confirm your headcount, the tools you already pay for, and what you want the team doing differently afterwards. Your written workshop plan and quote follow the call. No deck, no pressure, and no obligation to book.
